Turbine Technology
The business unit Turbine Technology is a partner to all renowned OEMs and module suppliers in the aircraft engine and power generation industry. Its many years of experience serve as the basis for all important in-house manufacturing technologies the company offers: precision forging, CNC milling and grinding, cold and hot roll milling, electro-chemical production processes as well as a wide variety of different surface treatments.
Pump Technology
Pump Technology develops and produces screw pumps and systems. This Leistritz business unit has the broadest product range in its field. The pump expert’s core expertise is put to use in two to five spindle pumps that pump a wide variety of different fluids with various lubrication properties.
Extrusion Technology
The business unit Extrusion Technology designs, engineers and manufactures individually laid out co-rotating twin-screw extruders as well as turnkey extrusion lines for the plastics and pharmaceutical industries. Customers benefit from its extensive processing knowledge. This, in combination with considerable know-how in machine technology, guarantees the high quality of the extrusion lines.
Production Technology
The business unit Production Technology provides solutions for complex manufacturing tasks. The machine tools division produces whirling machines and key seating machines for the economical manufacture of internal and external profiles. In addition to a standard range of products, its carbide tools division primarily provides the design and manufacture of special-purpose tools, such as flat form tools, end finishing tools and work rest blades. The third division, tube technology, manufactures tailor-made tube components, e.g. filler pipes for vehicle tanks or exhaust pipes for premium cars.
